4 DAYS TRAINING OF NORWEGIAN REFUGEE COUNCIL (NRC) AND FOURCi STAFF ON EARLY WARNING SYSTEMS (EWS), DISASTER RISK REDUCTION (DRR), CLIMATE SMART AGRICULTURE (CSA) AND MAINSTREAMING CLIMATE CHANGE INTO PROGRAMS.

Concern on Climate Change for the Community Initiative (FOURCi) Training Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and FOURCi staff to fortify their staff with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate a world in flux. The training program is strategically designed to achieve multifaceted objectives, centering around Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), Early Warning Systems (EWS), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and the seamless integration of Climate Change considerations into existing programs.

Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA):
The first pillar of this comprehensive training initiative aims to cultivate a deep understanding of CSA principles among NRC/FOURCi staff. Going beyond conventional farming practices, participants will delve into sustainable and resilient agricultural methodologies.
