Vendor Call for the Supply of Essential Items

Concern on Climate Change for the Community Initiative (FOURCi) is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply of the following essential items:

1. WASH Hygiene Kits
2. Water Tablets
3. Sanitation Kits
4. Vector Control Items

1. WASH Hygiene Kits:

• Components: Soap, hand sanitizer, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and menstrual hygiene products.
• Packaging: Kits should be individually packed and clearly labeled.

2. Water Tablets:

• Specification: Tablets must be effective for water purification and safe for human consumption.
• Packaging: Tablets should be packed in moisture-proof containers with clear usage instructions.

3. Sanitation Kits:

• Components: Disinfectants, cleaning agents, mops, buckets, gloves, and face masks.
• Packaging: Kits should be packed to ensure the integrity of the contents during transportation and storage.

4. Vector Control Items:

• Components: Mosquito nets, insect repellents, insecticides, and larvicides.
• Packaging: Items should be packed to prevent damage and ensure safety.

Submission Requirements:

• Company Profile: A brief introduction to your company and its capabilities.
• Detailed Proposal: Outline of the items, including specifications, quantities, and prices.
• Delivery Schedule: Estimated time frame for delivery after order confirmation.
• Quality Assurance: Details of quality control measures and certifications.
• References: Contact information for at least two previous clients.

Submission Deadline: 10th July 2024

Proposals should be submitted via email to [logistics.procurement@fourci.org] with the subject line “Vendor Proposal for [Specific Item].” Physical copies can be sent to our office at [No. 10 Flat B, Behind Federal Highcourt Polo, Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria].
