To intimate the local government stakeholders on livelihood activities to be undertaken in their locality by FOURCi in Collaboration with IOM and supported by NHF to coordinate with key community stakeholders, develop modalities of intervention and selecting a key project committee. This will prioritize effective coordination with key community stakeholders includes engaging local government officials, community leaders, representatives from relevant organizations. The purpose of this engagement and coordination is to foster collaboration, gain insights from diverse perspectives, and ensure the project aligns with the community’s priorities and aspirations. This entails evaluating various approaches and methodologies to address the identified needs of the community effectively, it may involve selecting specific strategies, programs, or initiatives that are tailored to the unique characteristics and requirements of the selected communities.
